Simon Rollings - The man behind
the company
Prior to launching AME, Simon held the position of Senior Consultant with an HR consultancy. Working closely with many household name businesses to develop and unlock the potential of their people. Simon previously had a successful career in corporate procurement, working for Scholl Group Plc and latterly Sears Clothing, where he was integral in negotiating numerous £multi-million contracts to enable the profitable sale of the company during Philip Green's ownership. It was during these years as a negotiator that Simon honed his influencing and negotiation skills which he is now privileged to pass on.
In addition to his passion for all things influencing, Simon is also driven by a burning desire to help people develop their most valuable asset of all - their attitude. AME literally stands for 'Attitude Means Everything', and Simon is constantly researching and refining his ideas and those of the best thinkers around the world so that AME can provide real solutions to its clients which will enable them and their people to excel.
You can therefore be assured that Simon and his key trainers / coaches will bring fresh ideas that will not just provoke thought, but will lead to lasting change and success.
